1. What is the age criterion for admission into the Montessori/Play Group?
For the Play Group, children should generally be 2.5 to 3 years old. For the nursery, the child should be around 3.5 to 4 years old. We assess each child’s readiness during the initial interaction.
2. When does the admission process start for the new academic session?
Our main admission intake begins in Chaitra (March/April) every year, shortly before the new session starts in Baisakh. However, we accept transfer students on a mid-term basis, depending on seat availability.
3. Does the school provide transportation services?
Yes, we provide reliable school bus services covering Jorpati, Gokarneshwor, and the surrounding areas in Kathmandu. Our routes are designed to ensure students spend minimal time commuting.
4. Are there hostel facilities for out-of-town students?
Yes, Bidhya Sagar offers a safe and well-facilitated boarding (hostel) environment. We provide a “home away from home” experience with supervised study hours, nutritious meals, and 24/7 care.
5. What digital learning tools does the school use?
